Here’s the thing about waterfalls, TLC was right. You shouldn’t go chasing them. Don’t get me wrong, they are beautiful sites, but if you are a complete klutz like me, you will fall in your search for them. My elbow is still healing from getting all scratched up from when I fell in Puerto Rico looking for another waterfall.
A month ago I was in Puerto Rico as a Christmas/Birthday present. I was also recruited to take photos, and became an emotional support human during the trip; but everything was worth it. My brother and soon-to-be sister-in-law, hosted a wellness retreat in Puerto Rico through my brother’s business G.O. Approach Life, and their non-profit The Zen Barn Bradenton.
This post does not have the photos from the retreat. These are my favorite photos from our pre-retreat family vacation in which my other brother joined us. There isn’t a picture of the waterfall we were looking for when I fell, we had to seek out first aide supplies for my bleeding elbow before journeying to our next waterfall, but there are some pictures of the waterfall that was lacking water…hence the reason I fell. There are also some really great photos of sunsets and some “non-engagement, engagement type photos.”
